To fix a hole in the roof of your camper trailer, you must first remove the roof then determine its security system. Afterwards, place the canvas roof on a flat and even surface and locate the hole. With the use of a needle and a thread, sew the hole in the canvas making sure that the stitches are close approximately a centimeter apart. Then next thing to do is to cover the hole in the canvas roof using a nylon patch. Make sure that the patch will overlap the hole by an inch or more all around. Cover the entire area by placing fabric cement into the nylon patch. Lastly, place the nylon patch to the stitched hole in the canvas roof.
